Shipping Policy
Order processing
All orders ship on the next business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping within the Continental US
- Free shipping on orders $40 or more within the continental US only.
- For orders under $40, there will be a $7.95 shipping charge applied to your order.
Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii
- Free shipping on orders $100 or more to Alaska and Hawaii.
- For orders under $100, there will be a $9.95 shipping charge applied to your order.
International shipping
- Currently, we only ship within the USA.
How do I check the status of my order?
- When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
- If you have not received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at mission@missionmeats.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
