End User License Agreement (EULA)

Mission Meats Internal QuickBooks Integration End User License Agreement

Effective Date: 6/27/2025

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs the use of the Mission Meats Internal QuickBooks Integration application ("Application") by authorized Mission Meats personnel only.

1. Grant of License Mission Meats grants authorized employees a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use this Application solely for internal business operations related to QuickBooks data integration and analysis.

2. Permitted Use

  • This Application is for internal use by Mission Meats employees only
  • Access is limited to authorized personnel for business operations, marketing analytics, and ecommerce data processing
  • Integration with n8n automation platform for data workflows

3. Restrictions

  • No redistribution or sharing outside Mission Meats organization
  • No modification or reverse engineering of the Application
  • Use must comply with QuickBooks API terms of service

4. Data Handling

  • Application accesses QuickBooks Accounting API data for internal business analysis
  • Data is processed through n8n automation platform
  • All data remains within Mission Meats' authorized systems

5. Termination This license terminates automatically if terms are violated or upon cessation of employment with Mission Meats.
